Acquisitions Monthly magazine encourages firms to make submissions for its awards for M&A and buyout work completed during 2005.
The winners will be announced at the Acquisitions Monthly Awards Dinner on Thursday 19th January 2006 and will be influenced primarily by the range of submissions, our own research and meetings, and the views of the external judges. You may enter for as many award categories as you wish. Click here to see a list of categories.
We are looking for:
- Information about how many deals you've done this year and their total value. Deals completed between 1st January and 31st December 2005 will be eligible. One page maximum on each deal.
- Some extra details about the most notable deals and your roles in them and why they are innovative or ground-breaking. One page maximum on each deal.
- Ideally some guide as to your revenues. Some firms choose to tell us the figure in the strictest confidence, others tell us by what percentage their revenues and profits have risen or fallen since the previous year.
- Information about how well your expansion and/or hiring plans are going.
There are also 'people' awards such as 'Lifetime Achievement Award'.
Testimony from clients is always useful too (not essential).
Please send your Pitches to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday 21st October 2005. If your pitch is successful your company will be added to the list of nominees. Voting will then open on 1st November 2005 and close on 16th December 2005
